Get cultured during a grand tour around Italy

Ivy Tech Community College has announced its next Study Abroad program, a grand tour of Italy in late March of 2018.

Both students and non-students are invited to travel to Rome, Venice, Pisa, Assisi, Pompeii, and Florence for the cultural trip of a lifetime.

Lead by Ron Nicholson, associate professor of English, the tour will include the Vatican, the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, The Spanish Steps, The Florence Duomo and Baptistery, The Academia where Michelangelo’s

David is housed, St. Mark’s Square and the canals of Venice, the Leaning Tower, Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius, and much more all for one economical price.

The tour will be conducted by EF College Study Tours from March 23 to April 1. The cost of the tour includes all flights, hotels, most meals, entrances to sites, a 24 hour bilingual tour director, local guides, and ground transportation.

Students can earn credit for the trip and may be able to use financial aid to help pay the cost.
